On January 22, 2019 after eight days of trial, partner Steve Rubin obtained a defense verdict (after 2 ½ hours of deliberation) in Supreme Court, Queens County on behalf of a nuclear medicine attending physician who allegedly failed to diagnose endometrial cancer in the then-54-year-old female plaintiff, the primary caregiver for an autistic son.
