Graham M. Gering

Graham is a Senior Associate in the firm’s New York City office, where his practice focuses on professional and general negligence matters. He has broad experience representing healthcare professionals and businesses in a wide variety of practice areas, across all stages of litigation.

Before joining the firm, Graham represented nursing homes and medical providers with a nationwide firm. There he prepared responsive pleadings, reviewed medical records, conferenced with experts, interviewed staff of insured facilities, deposed plaintiffs, defended clients at defense depositions, and prepared dispositive motions. He also defended utility companies, premises owners and common carriers in general liability matters. Prior to that, he worked at a leading regional medical malpractice defense firm where he got his footing in professional liability defense. He also worked at regional firms whose practices ranged from toxic tort defense, hospitality-related litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and general liability defense work.

Graham is a 2015 graduate of Rutgers University Law School where he was a member of the Community Law Clinic and Rutgers Business Law Review. After graduating law school, Graham worked for a year as a member of the Rutgers Law Associates Fellowship where he represented low-income individuals and families who could not ordinarily obtain private counsel. Graham received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University—University Park in 2012.
