Fabiana M. Furgal is an experienced litigator, who has both prosecuted and defended a wide variety of state and federal cases. She has managed all phases of litigation, and has handled hundreds of cases from inception up until trial, striving to strategically litigate her cases for optimal results. She has represented a vast array of clients through the litigation process and has extensive experience representing hospitals, nursing homes and medical professionals, as well as corporate and commercial entities, and appointed city officials.
