David Klein

Mr. Klein joined the firm as a partner in 2023. His practice is concentrated in the defense of medical malpractice matters for clients of the firm. Mr. Klein currently represents several major metropolitan hospitals, individual physicians and nurses in the New York City area involving a variety of complex medical and legal issues. He is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York and is admitted in the U.S.D.C.s for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Mr. Klein is a 1993 graduate of Hofstra University School of Law. Upon graduation, he served as clerk to the Honorable Joseph S. Levine, Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings County.
