Eric Prezioso

Eric joined Rubin Paterniti Gonzalez Rizzo Kaufman LLP in 2023 as an Associate in the firm’s Manhattan Office. He formerly served as a New York County Assistant District Attorney assigned to the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor for the City of New York. There, Eric prosecuted felony level narcotics cases across New York City.

Eric is a 2020 graduate of St. John’s University School of Law where he served on the executive board of the Polestino Trial Advocacy Institute Mock Trial Team. Eric also served as staff member on the Journal of Civil Rights and Economic Development. During law school, Eric was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Deborah Stevens Modica, Queens County Supreme Court, Criminal Term. Eric is admitted to the bar of the State of New York, as well as New Jersey.
