Partner Jeff Gralnick obtained a Defendant’s Verdict on behalf of his client, a dermatologist, who was facing an allegation that she committed medical malpractice in failing to diagnose ear cancer in a 64-year-old man. As a result of the alleged malpractice, it was claimed that the plaintiff needed to have his ear removed and was left with a significant facial deformity and hearing loss. Plaintiff demanded $1 million to settle the case.
