Effective January 5, 2026, Fabiana Furgal has been promoted to partner at RPGRK. Fabiana obtained her JD from Capital University Law School in 2010, and over the next fifteen years has dedicated the majority of her practice to defending claims of medical malpractice. Fabiana came to RPGRK in 2023 and from the outset showed herself to be a skilled litigator capable of expertly handling some of the most complex medical malpractice cases at the firm.
