Steven is an experienced trial attorney with over three decades of experience representing the medical profession in all aspects of medical malpractice defense. Mr. Kraus advocates on behalf of physicians, hospitals and healthcare professionals in all phases of litigation including trial within the Supreme Courts of the City of New York, Nassau and Suffolk counties as well as Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Putnam, Dutchess, Greene and Albany counties. Other practice areas include complex litigation involving products liability, toxic torts and general liability matters.
Mr. Kraus received a B.A. in History and Political Science from the University of Richmond in 1982 and his J.D. from the University of Bridgeport School of Law. Mr. Kraus attended Albany Law School.
