Samantha Paulraj

Samantha joined Rubin Paterniti Gonzalez Rizzo Kaufman LLP in 2025 as an Associate in the firm’s New York City office, where she concentrates her practice on healthcare and medical malpractice defense. She has prior experience litigating medical malpractice matters at a prominent New York City insurance defense firm.

After graduating from law school, Samantha practiced criminal law as a public defender in Long Island and Brooklyn for over five years. She graduated from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University. During law school, Samantha was a member of Hofstra Law Review and the Hofstra Trial Advocacy Association.

Samantha received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from SUNY Stony Brook.
