Nicole Klein

Nicole Klein is an associate in the firm’s New York City office. Before joining RPGRK, Nicole spent over three years at another New York City defense firm representing hospitals, individual physicians, and other professionals in medical malpractice cases from pre-litigation investigation through preparation of trial. She has experience handling all aspects of litigation including trial preparation, court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and discovery. Nicole is also experienced in handling all aspects of a variety of general liability matters.

Nicole is a graduate of Haverford College, a Master of Arts graduate of The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey, and a graduate of Widener University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York.
