Kayla is a graduate of the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she served as an Articles Editor on the Hofstra Law Labor & Employment Law Journal and a Student Practitioner of Hofstra Law’s Community and Economic Development Clinic. During law school, Kayla interned for several insurance defense practices.
Following graduation, Kayla worked at a boutique insurance defense firm, where she handled a variety of medical malpractice, labor law, legal malpractice, and employment liability matters.
She received her Bachelor of Science from University of New Haven.
