Gianna Crespo (Partner) has a proven track record in obtaining summary judgments and outright dismissals on behalf of her clients, with a strong and successful appellate record. Her legal work is focused on the defense of hospitals, physicians, and nursing homes, in complex claims and professional liability. Her legal experience also extends to other areas of law, including immigration, such that she is able to provide clients with robust legal guidance. The quality of her work and the passion with which she carries it out, has made her an integral part of the firm.
While on an academic scholarship, Gianna obtained her B.A. degree from Stony Brook University. She was also chosen for an internship to the in-house counsel of a major pharmaceutical corporation while attending Hofstra Law School. Prior to graduating, Gianna also obtained legal experience at highly respected firms practicing in the fields of criminal law defense, personal injury litigation, real estate, and immigration law.
Gianna is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey, as well as the U.S District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
Gianna is the Vice President of the Long Island Hispanic Bar Association and the Treasurer of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association. She is also a member and sits on committees of the Nassau County Bar Association, the Nassau Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association, and the Association for Healthcare Risk Management of New York (AHRMNY).
In 2023, Gianna joined the Hispanic Latino Advisory Council for the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office.
