Fabiana Furgal

Fabiana Furgal is partner in the New York City office who has handled hundreds of cases from inception to trial, strategically litigating her cases for optimal results. She has extensive experience defending complex medical malpractice actions, and has represented numerous major medical institutions throughout the New York metropolitan area, as well as private medical practices, rehabilitation facilities, and individual providers.

Fabiana has handled high exposure matters premised upon a wide range of medical specialties including Neurosurgery, Critical Care Medicine, and Maternal Fetal Medicine. She has litigated her cases at both the trial and appellate court levels and has managed cases in both state and federal courts. Fabiana also previously served on the team of judicially appointed counsel for the Kings County Public Administrator in the Kings County Surrogate’s Court, for matters pending before Judge Margarita Lopez-Torres.

Fabiana obtained her J.D. from Capital University Law School, and her B.A. from The Ohio State University.
